Talk to us about a crossing

A person answers the phone, and an engineer sees anything with a drawing attached to it. If you already know the span and what has to get across, that is enough to start.

What to send

Three things get you a real answer instead of a range.

The span
Bank to bank at the point the bridge will sit, not at the narrowest point of the creek.
What has to cross it
The heaviest machine, by name if you know it. A tractor and a skid steer size very differently.
Photographs of both banks
And the approach on each side. This is what settles whether the abutments need concrete.

Some of this is faster on your own

The configurator narrows the range in a few minutes and tells you which family fits, with the reason. Most questions that arrive by email are answered on the FAQ, and the guides go deeper than a phone call usually does.

Ready when you are

Tell us the span, what has to get across it, and when it has to be open. If a date is already committed, say so at the start rather than at the end.
